4. OUR RESEARCH: We only provide the agent(s) based on our interpretation of your requirements from the limited information provided via the website form, electronic communication, and phone calls. It is your responsibility to hire the agent/agency that you feel is appropriate, having met them, compared agents and agencies (including one of your own accord) and obtained their advice on the value and marketing mythology of your property. We always try to recommend at least two agents where possible. If we have only managed to find one, we always recommend you see another to compare.

7. YOUR AGREEMENT WITH AGENT: We will not be held liable for any agreement you enter with the real estate agent or seller. This is solely your responsibility, and you should always seek legal advice before entering any contract for the sale and purchase of real estate.
