1. About Your Property
The property brief is a small snap shot of your property that we use to develop your property profiler. From this brief information you give us (which you can click here) we can draw down a lot of data in relation to your property. Many people find the profiler we send them a handy tool to get an idea of what’s going on in the market. We don’t use this information to value your home as this is the job of your local top agent. We use this to identify homes that have sold in the last 12 to 24 months that are of a similar size, price and location as yours. Once we receive this information we may have questions about your property and will contact you. It is important to take everything into consideration i.e.: have you recently renovated your home? All these factors help us search for the top agent.

2. Property ProfilerThe property profiler will arrive within 24 hours of submission and is emailed to you in PDF form. Normally these documents are 10 to 15 pages long and will cover off historical sales data and current listings so you can get a good understanding of where your property sits in the marketplace before you talk to any agents.
To help us, we need to confirm some basic details of the profiler with you via email or phone prior to sending the report - this ensures that the report is tailored to your property so that you can get the most out of it. Please note: Where possible we try and work with all agents. Some agents, or agencies do not wish to work with third party providers such as ourself as we charge a marketing referal fee on sucess. |
3. Local Top Agent Finder
Once we have discussed the details of your property we will then provide you with the name or names of the top agent(s) for you property type and price bracket. We also give you an agent pack to help you ask the questions that 95% of vendors never ask their agents, so you can be certain the agent is the best agent for you. Also, we will always be available as a sounding board whether you use our recommended agents or not. We want the best for you. |

When you sell a house though a real estate agent you pay them the agreed fee. We charge our Top Agents a small fee for the work we’ve done in referring them to you. There is no additional charge to you. We make no bones about it. We provide the most transparent work in the market when finding the right top agent to sell your property. We need to earn a living and we charge the real estate agents for introducing them to you. They’re grateful for the introduction and are also very mindful of their own reputation. At the end of each sale we check back with you to rate your experience and this feedback is given back to the agent and ourselves. We need to be sure that if we should ever use that agent again that they have met our expectations and exceeded yours.

At the end of each year we give a certificate to the agent that’s rated the best in the market overall. That way it makes it easier for others to recognise great agents and we think they should be given the kudos. We like to give credit where its due and it is our philosophy to be transparent and open with all concerned. We review the agent and oursleves at every point whether we win the listing, sell your property or lose the listing opportunity.
